Refund requests for devspeech purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.
devspeech is operated by Localizeflow. This policy applies to devspeech subscription purchases.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your transaction date. devspeech does not add any separate refund exceptions, conditions, or qualifiers beyond Paddle's official refund policy and applicable law.
How to request a refund
Payments, invoices, subscriptions, cancellations, and approved refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, contact Paddle Buyer Support through paddle.net.

Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation is effective.
